Errors and Omissions

We are constantly updating our products and prices.  We are confident of our staff and our technology but we realise that we may sometimes make mistakes.  

If we offer goods for sale incorrectly, we will always try and honour our offer.  There may be rare circumstances where it is not possible for us to do this.  In these cases, we will contact you and explain the situation.  If we cannot sort out the matter to your satisfaction, we can refuse your order and refund any payment you have made.
